With Ashampoo MP3 AudioCenter you can do much more than just creating MP3 files. This fast and reliable suite of tools allows you to rip your CDs to WAV, OGG, FLAC and MP3, to convert your audio files from any of the supported formats to a different one, to normalize their volume, to edit your audio tracks information, and even to repair broken audio files.

Depending on the output format you choose, you may just rip an audio CD into its original WAV files, or rip and transcode these files into MP3, OGG or FLAC, all in just one simple process. This conversion functionality can also be used for files that are already in your system, making of Ashampoo MP3 AudioCenter a fast audio converter. Both when ripping and encoding, you can select the audio quality of the output files, from CD quality to Low quality (when disk space is an issue), or even to apply a customized level of quality.

Other minor but interesting tools included in this software are the normalization of the volume of audio files coming from different sources, and the possibility of editing wrong or lacking information in your audio files. As a bonus, you can also burn both audio and data (MP3) CDs directly from Ashampoo MP3 AudioCenter.

Finally, this tool offers "Normal Mode" and "Expert Mode" interfaces. The only difference here is the amount of information given for every option in the Main Menu. The overall functionality of the program remains the same regardless of the interface used.
